Care Comes to You

In-home and community-based pediatric occupational therapy in Bozeman and surrounding areas. No waiting rooms. No rushing across town. We meet your child in a place that makes sense for your family.

Support in Familiar Places

We come to families rather than asking children to adjust to an office. A visit can happen at home, out in the community, or at school, wherever fits the child best. For some families that means talking about dressing in the room where mornings begin. For others, it means noticing how a child joins play or handles the demands of a school day. The setting gives parents and PEAK a clearer view of the activities they want to discuss.

PEAK works with children from birth through age 18. Families can ask about movement, sensory processing, attention, play, self-care, or the daily routines that feel harder than expected. A diagnosis is not required to start. During a free 15-minute consultation, we can hear what you are noticing and explain whether the initial evaluation makes sense for your child. That evaluation takes 60 to 90 minutes and considers the whole child rather than one task on its own.

Parents are included in sessions, so a visit can also be a time to ask how a skill fits into everyday life. We choose activities after getting to know your child and can talk through why they are relevant. PEAK provides in-person care in Bozeman and surrounding areas. The towns below have their own pages, and they are not the only places we visit. If you are not sure whether we come to your area, call or email and ask.
