Care in Four Corners

Four Corners is an unincorporated community in Gallatin County, just west of Bozeman. PEAK offers pediatric occupational therapy there for babies, children, and teens from birth through age 18.

Sessions can happen in your home, at a park or another spot in the community, or at your child’s school. Your family will not need to fit a clinic visit into the week.

Getting started

A First Conversation

A free 15-minute consultation is the first step, and you can use it to ask anything about how PEAK works. If an evaluation looks like a good fit afterward, it takes 60 to 90 minutes.

Questions About Four Corners

Does PEAK see children in Four Corners?

Yes. PEAK serves Bozeman and surrounding areas in person, and Four Corners is one of those communities.

Do we need a doctor’s referral to start?

No. Families can reach out to PEAK directly. Check with your insurer if you hope to seek out-of-network reimbursement, since some plans want a referral first.

Can a Four Corners session happen at school?

School is one of the settings PEAK can use when it fits the child. We can talk through whether it makes sense for your family during the free consultation.

How do we schedule a visit in Four Corners?

Call or email PEAK to request a time, and we will confirm the day and place with you.

What We Can Help With

Each page below explains a concern we can look at with you, from big emotions and balance to early milestones.

What an In-Home Visit Looks Like Here

In Four Corners, we can plan a visit around the part of the day that feels hardest, whether that happens at home, at a park, or at school. We ask what you would like to see change before we choose activities. Parents are welcome to stay close, watch, and ask questions while we work.

Each visit is paid for on the day it happens, since PEAK is private pay. Ongoing sessions are one-on-one and run 45 or 60 minutes. Ask for a superbill if you want to try for out-of-network reimbursement, keeping in mind that reimbursement is not guaranteed.

Ages and Concerns

Parents of babies and toddlers may bring questions about rolling, crawling, or early play. School-age children might be working on handwriting, getting dressed, or staying regulated through the school day. Teens can help choose goals that matter to them, such as handling a morning routine with less help. We look at the whole child at every age.
