Payment details
PEAK Therapy is private pay and does not bill insurance directly. Payment is due at the time of service.
We can provide a superbill on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement. Reimbursement is not guaranteed and varies by plan. Check your out-of-network occupational therapy benefits and whether your insurer requires a referral.
HSA and FSA cards are generally accepted. Check eligibility with your plan administrator.
When plans change
Please give at least 12 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Late cancellations and missed appointments may be subject to a fee. Illness and unexpected emergencies are taken into consideration.

Private pay gives PEAK more time with your child and room to shape care around your child's goals. Families stay part of the process, with strategies designed for daily life.
