A comprehensive occupational therapy evaluation takes 60 to 90 minutes. It takes place in your home or another appropriate community setting that works for your family.

One-on-one therapy begins in the comfort of your home or community. You are included along the way so strategies can carry into daily life.
Before the first step
Good to Know Before You Start
No referral needed
You do not need a physician referral to begin. If you plan to submit a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement, your insurer may require one.
Private pay
PEAK does not bill insurance directly. Superbills are available on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
HSA and FSA
HSA and FSA cards are generally accepted. Check with your plan administrator about eligibility.
Ask questions
